It is M.C.P.’s policy to discuss with customers the expected results for each specimen submitted, so expectations can be set, and the applied techniques can be agreed on. The lab offers different levels of work, from conservative techniques to others that are more advanced and sometimes more aggressive, all the while keeping with the highest standards and safety for each process.

At the delivery of the completed specimen, documentation of the lab work that has been done is provided, with special care to document the processes of stabilization, repair, or restoration.
